Yoga Classes

Overview
Yoga was developed as a health and spiritual practice more than 5000 years ago.  It is renowned for improving physical, mental, and emotional well-being.  A regular yoga practice is beneficial for many reasons, including:

  • Promotes Weight Loss
  • Relieves Pain and Stiffness in Joints
  • Strengthens Muscles and Bones
  • Improves Posture
  • Enhances Immune Function
  • Relaxes the Nervous System
  • Lowers Blood Pressure
  • Reduces Need for Medication
  • Expands Brain Function

It makes good sense to incorporate yoga into your overall health and fitness program. Maggie teaches several levels of yoga—from slow and gentle to dynamic and energetic—in both public offerings and private classes.
Now you can practice Yoga Nidra, a tremendously beneficial guided meditation, in the comfort of your home.
